I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a nice view of the garden, a comfy bed, and a small terrace. Breakfast was served in adjoining rooms which was a nice touch; however, the location was not exactly what I had hoped for.

The staff, especially for the night shift, was very helpful and pleasant. They even assisted me in planning my exploration of the Florence area.

The location was a bit of a mixed bag. While it provided an amazing view and was close to a fantastic restaurant we visited, it was farther from Florence than I expected. However, it was convenient for trips to nearby cities like Prato, Pisa, Siena, and Bologna.
